Don Jesse Hale, passed away on May 30th, 2024 at the age of 56. He was a wonderful brother to his three siblings, who carried on the strong value of family. Don was a jack of all trades who enjoyed working on vehicles, cooking his moms’ recipes, and he made the best banana pudding. He was always willing to help others when he could.
Don is preceded in passing by his parents, Jack Truitt Hale, Jr. and Patsy Yarbrough Hale; his sister, Jackie Gillesby; and his nephew, Savonte Simpson. He is survived by his brother, Jack T. Hale III; his sister, Sherry Hale; his niece, Kayla Simpson; and extended relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday, June 10th, 2024 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel. A Celebration of Dons’ Life will begin at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024 at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel.
