

Harold was a proud graduate of Minor High School, Class of 1964, where he played football and built lasting memories of teamwork and school pride that stayed with him throughout his life. He was also a Marine Corps Veteran.
He found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Harold loved fishing and golfing, often spending time outdoors doing what brought him peace. He was a devoted fan of Alabama Crimson Tide football, cheering them on with great enthusiasm. He also had a passion for woodworking, creating meaningful pieces with his hands, and a deep appreciation for classic antique cars.
He was preceded in death by his children, Angela Wardlow and Andrew Mobley, and his parents, Odess Mobley and Ellen Pesnell.
Harold leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Mobley; his son, Kerry Mobley; his sister, Linda Barber; his beloved grandchildren; Taylen Noehren, Calysse Noehren, Charles Mobley, and Leana Melton, great-grandson; Emanuel Conception, niece; Deborah Smith nephews; Mark Newton, Dan Newton, and Jonathan McCary, son-in-law; Mike Wardlow, along with a host of extended family and dear friends who will miss him deeply.
Visitation will be held at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel on April 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Life Service promptly at 2:00 p.m.
Harold’s final resting place will be Oakwood Memorial Gardens, 2100 Moncrief Road, Gardendale, Alabama 35071.
Harold will be remembered for his kind spirit, his love for family, and the joy he found in the things he loved most. His presence will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
