Don's life was a testament to three unwavering commitments: his love for Christ, his devotion to his family, and his service to his country.
Don was an example of what it meant to seek the Lord daily, pursuing a personal relationship with God. He led with faith, trusting in the Lord's guidance through every season of life. His family knew without question that they were loved, not because he simply said so, but because he showed them every single day.
Don carried himself with quiet dignity, a man of conviction whose strength was found in his steady presence and unwavering principles, yet always tempered by a tender heart and hands ready to serve. His kind of life leaves a legacy of character, faithfulness, and love. As he enters into the joy of his Master, we take comfort in the words that surely greeted him: "Well done, good and faithful servant."
