Jimmie Virginia Foshee, age 71 passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2013. She lived in Guntersville, AL for the past six years. Jimmie was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who was loved and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her loving family, her husband of 51 years, James E. Foshee; three sons, Gary Foshee, Terry Foshee, and Kerry Foshee; two sisters, Lavena Archer (Ken) and Rita Kay Bolden (Leon); a brother, Gary Lynn Fields; grandchildren, Ryan Foshee and Harlee Cross; great grandchildren, Ethan Cross, Cheynne Foshee, and Aiden Foshee.
A visitation will be held Friday, September 27th at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel from 5 until 8 PM with chapel funeral services on Saturday, September 28th, 2013 at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Oakwood Memorial Gardens in Gardendale. Services will be officiated by her brother-in-law, Ronald Foshee.
