Larry Neil Sandlin of Tarrant, AL passed away on September 21, 2017. Mr. Sandlin served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy and was retired from Sloss Industries with many years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Neil Mack Sandlin and Doris Jewel Cowden Sandlin; and his grandparents, George and Arzilla Cowden. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary Rose Sandlin; his three children, Dawn Hundley (Steven) from Bessemer, Larry Sandlin (Kami) from Trussville, and Traci Sandlin Dunlap, from Hendersonville, TN. He leaves six grandchildren and one great grandchild; a brother, Garry Mack Sandlin. Visitation and service will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Monday, September 25th, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 3 :00 PMArrangements under the direction of Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, Gardendale, AL.
