Ray J. Davidson

Ray J. DAVIDSON, age 87, of Hoover, Alabama passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, January 15, 2022. Ray was born December 28, 1934. He received an honorable discharge from the United States Army in July of 1963. He retired from Jefferson County after working many years as Assistant Highway Engineer. He is preceded in death by his wife Virginia (Ginger). He is survived by his only son, Ray Todd (Jackie) and his only grandson, Ethan Ray (Jessica A visitation for Ray will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 1:00 PM at Moncrief Cemetery, 2055 Moncrief Road, Gardendale, AL 35071.
