Reba, a native of Campbell County, TN. Beloved wife, mother and grandmother, a dedicated member of Calvary Baptist Church in Warrior, AL, passed peacefully in her home in Smoke Rise, AL, Thursday. Reba is preceded in death by her parents, John and Marie Byrge; son, Ray Byrge; daughters, Audrey Sanders and Evelyn Elam; brothers, Cleve Byrge, Marshall Byrge; sisters, Edith Daughtery and Cleta Byrge.
Reba is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Jack A. Sanders; son, Chris Sanders (Cathy); daughter, Andrea Nichols (Larry), brothers, Lee Byrge (Artie), Carl Byrge, Jr., Roger Byrge (Nancy), Lynn Byrge (Elaine); grandchildren, Jessica Harris, Amanda Smith, Duane Elam, DeAnna (Elam) Esler, Brandon Byrge, Craig Sanders, Stephen Sanders and Ian Sanders; great grandchildren, Keylee Duty and Eli Duty; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with a visitation on Tuesday, Nov 18th from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, a funeral service on Wednesday, Nov 19th at 11:00am followed by her burial in Oakwood Memorial Gardens, Gardendale, AL.
