Sandra Darlene Mussen

She was the wife of Tom Mussen. They shared 35 years of marriage together. They met in Vero Beach, FL, they worked at Keens grocery store, my mom first saw my dad, she dropped what she was carrying and she fell in love with him and said to herself , That's the man I am going to marry! They had 2 kids together, the oldest born in Vero Beach and the youngest born in Lakeland, FL. They lived in Fort Myers, FL for a short time. In 1999, they packed up everything and moved to Birmingham, AL.

Born in Bartow, FL. She was the Daughter of Joyce Conner and Larry Conner and oldest sister to Kathy Conner. She attended Bartow High school. She was employed by Publix in Gardendale, She was a deli clerk. She also worked at Walmart for 15 years.

She enjoyed traveling, loved her family very much. She had a very outgoing and caring personality.

She is survived by Tom Mussen, Meagan Mussen, Zachary Mussen, Liliana, Gwen and Russell Putman. She had 4 cats she loved her tink tink the most.

A visitation for Sandra will be held Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, Alabama 35071, followed by a celebration of life at 2:00 PM
