She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Ellison Glass and 2 children, Jeff and Dennis Glass. Parents Clint and Ruby Stone, 6 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by 3 children: Johnny (Susan) Glass, Danny Glass, Diane (Bubba) Scott and a niece Tammy (HD) Lawler, who was like a daughter to her. Grandchildren: Michelle Scott, Shannon (Russell) Bynum, Justin Scott and Anna Glass. 2. Great-children: Jackson and Jacob Bynum. One brother Kenneth Stone. Also, an abundance of nieces and nephews.
She was a loving nurturing wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She cared for her family and worked outside of the home at Kmart and Mail Sort. Her past times were sewing, especially for her daughter, crocheting and cross-stitching. She was known for her homemade biscuits at each meal. Neighborhood kids would come visiting just to get a leftover biscuit. Her pecan pies were always highly requested dessert at all family gatherings.
She was the heart of her family. She will be dearly missed.
