

Tommy was preceded in death by his parents Hershell and Paralee Ogletree, his brothers and sisters, Louise Brown, Grace Waldrop Ellen Ledlow, Peggy Parvin, Robert "Peck" Ogletree and an infant sister.
Tommy leaves behind his wife of 58 years, Bernice Ogles Ogletree, three children and their spouses, ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. His children are Charlene (Terry) Baldwin, Rickey (Sharon) Ogletree and Tim (Barbara) Ogletree. His grandchildren are Lee (Lesley) Baldwin, Chad Baldwin, Angela (Richard) Ogletree-Colburn, Brett Baldwin, Blake Baldwin, Ben (Kaitlin) Ogletree and Joey (Alexis) Ogletree. His great-grandchildren, are Brittany Baldwin and Justin Chamblee, Peyton Baldwin, Aaron White, Kamryn Baldwin and Jaxon Ogletree. His great-great-grandchildren are Madalynn and Maddox Chamblee.
Tommy is a member of the "greatest-generation" and is a World War II Navy Veteran. He attended the Fieldstown Church of God in Gardendale and loved his Church family. Tommy worked and retired from Ingalls Ironworks in Birmingham Alabama.
Tommy has been described by his family as a devoted father, faithful husband, loving, hard-worker and provider. He was "tough as nails" with a "heart of gold".
His family and friends will miss him very much.
Services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with a visitation Sunday, July 6 from 6pm-8pm, a funeral on Monday, July 7 at 11:00am. Burial will follow in Elvester Cemetery in Warrior, AL, with Military Honors.
