Tressie Joyce Sullivan

Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Sullivan, father Edgar Hannah, mother Sudie Crawford Hannah, sister Maxine Heath, and brother James Hannah.

She is survived by 4 daughters: Linda McMurrey Naylor(Mike), Myra Owensby(Danny), Sylvia Clifford(Jack), Tammy Jarvis(Danny)

She is survived by 14 grandchildren: Danny, Stacy, Amanda,Jeremy, Patrick, Nicholas, Kathy, Connor, Adrian, Seth, John, Nancy, Bubba, and Dallas .

She is survived by 23 great grand children and 7 great-great grand children.

Joyce loved quilting and crocheting. She sent many boxes of caps, blankets, gloves over seas to orphanages, the needy and to the homeless.

Her favorite verse was

"Be still and know that I am God".

It strengthen her through the many hardships she endured in life.

A visitation for Tressie will be held Saturday, July 23, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
