Conan James Courtney

Conan James Courtney passed away peacefully in the arms of his loving parents, October 22, 2009. Conan James was born on September 30, 2009. During his three short weeks here on Earth he touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. His life was a brief gift to us that will live on forever in our hearts. Conan James is the son of Matthew and Heather Courtney of Georgetown. Conan is survived by one sibling, Caden Clawson-Belmonte. His paternal grandparents are Todd and Kathy Courtney, of Waterford, Michigan; and maternal grandparents, Randy and Linda Clawson, of Georgetown. Conan is survived by his great-grandparents, Charlotte and Wallace Courtney of Lake Orion, Michigan; Joseph and Dorothy Landry of White Lake, Michigan; Carolyn Adams of Round Rock; and Wanda Clawson of Belton. Great-grandparents preceding him in death were Barbara Landry, Rogers Clawson, Bill Glass, and Doyl Adams. Conan was blessed with a large extended family. He will be missed by his aunt and uncles, Brie and Matthew Bowes, and cousin Jordyn of Waterford. Eric and Sarah Clawson, John Mark and Jenny Clawson and cousin, Jayden, Caleb Clawson and Courtney Clawson all residing in Georgetown. We would like to thank the nurses and doctors of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Seton Hospital and Dell Children’s Hospital in Austin as they supported us in our time of need. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday, October 26, 2009 at Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery in Georgetown.
