Linda Faye Mitchell

She received Christ at an early age and rededicated her life at Church of the Harvest, under the leadership of Pastor Frederick R. Timmons. For the last few years, she has been a member of Hill Country Bible Church in Pflugerville, Texas.Linda attended Georgetown schools where she was outgoing. She loved listening to music and spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Sisters: Gloria Jean Brooks Davis., Lois Nell Henderson, and Brother: Henry Lee Brooks, Jr.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Tisha L. Thompson of Austin, Kevin Brooks of Georgetown, and Terrence Guillermo Mitchell of Pflugerville. Her sisters, Sharon Brooks, Hattie Hill (Leland), Stephanie Timmons (Frederick), Her brothers, Arthur R. Brooks, Sr. (Beverly), Charles Brooks, and Chris Brooks (Maida). Six Grandchildren and a Great granddaughter, an Aunt and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Demorris Hicks, Jerome Hunter, James Conner, Bryan Queen, Devon Thompson, and De'Sean Thompson.

Honorary pallbearers will be James Bailey, Rodney Johnson, Leland Hill, and Julian Conner.

A Visitation with the family will be held at 1 pm at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel in Georgetown, on Thursday, December 12, 2019 with the funeral service to begin at 2 pm. The burial will follow at IOOF Cemetery, also in Georgetown.
