“Elia Santillanes Manriquez, 68, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2026.
She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose kindness and strength touched the lives of many. Elia will be remembered for her warm heart, her beautiful smile, and the love she gave so freely to her family.
She is survived by her son, Luis Angel Cabrales, and many relatives and friends who will carry her memory in their hearts.
