Tomorrow is going to be a year that you’ve been gone. It feels like I just blinked and the time flew. I feel like we are counting down the days til we get to see you again. I don’t think I’ll ever accept you being gone. Elijah misses you more and more each day. I hate that you aren’t here to see how he’s grown and to tell him how proud you are of him. He needs you now more than ever and it kills me that you aren’t here to see the baby. I could only have imagined your hands full with both of them. Disappearing with two kids outside would have been the best thing to see. There’s so much I want to talk to you about so much I want you to be apart of. It’s so crazy that death is real. Like we really don’t get to see you anymore. This is not fair. This hurts so bad I don’t know when it’ll stop. It wasn’t enough time. I would do anything for one more day. I would give anything for Elijah to get one more hug. I miss you. Elijah misses you. I know he loves you so much he talks about you everyday and wants to go to heaven to see you and kiki. I told him you’re taking care of him up there and watching us til we get there. I know he’s never going to forget you. We love you Dad.  

Tomorrow is my baby shower and I can’t stop thinking about you and how much you would have loved it. I wish everyday that you were here and that you could meet Leilani. I miss you and think of you everyday. I can’t stop thinking about how it could have been. I love you so much.

We went to Disneyland for Elijah’s birthday and when we went to eat, the cafe was all western.  It was definitely Clint Eastwood inspired. You would have loved it. We miss you.
