Me da mucha tristesa enterarme de su fallecimiento, pero la recordare siempre con mucho cariño. Recoradare nuestras platicas cuando trabajamos juntas, sus postres y nuestra amistad. Mi mas sentido pesame a toda su familia , descanse en paz mi querida Juanita 🙏

We were neighbors for many years and our children grew up together as they went to the same Pomona High. Although we didn't talk to each other much but we knew Juana Maria was a very sweet lady and kind to everyone. Her grand daughter were so sweet and friendly to me. We will miss Juana Maria's smiles and lovely face but she will be remembered forever in our hearts.

My heart goes out to the family of Juana. She was one of the best neighbors. All of us on Aspen Lane adored her tremendously. My memory of Juana was probably over 10 years ago. I had purchased a dress for a party and I purchased it without trying it on. 3 days before the party I tried it on and it looked horrible and I needed it altered. I called places and no one could do it in a day.  I remembered Juana had mentioned that she did a little sewing. I asked her and by that time I figured well if it doesn't get done I will just find something. Juana  so sweet she had my dress done in less than s day! She just dropped everything for me and I will always love her for that. I will miss her smile and just the kindness she shared.

Tía Juana María was a lovely person on the inside and out. She taught my mom Teresa,( Sister in-law) how to crochet and knit. This beautiful knowledge gave my mom the talent if making my five siblings and I baby blankets.  
     Tia Juana María always had a warm smile and never said anything unkind to anyone. She was a loving aunt, who would let us little kids play tag outside, and never failed to share candy with us. 
      Thank you Tía for being there for all of us, and for having a wonderful bond with our grandmother Rafaela. May you be in God's glory we love and miss you.
       

I appreciated how she tia shared with me some past history a few years ago and how much that meant to me. 
Tia, if I could have made your heart lighter I would have, I love you and I envision you in a wonderful place of unimaginable joy as you embrace your boys. You deserve eternal happiness.
