Luis Abel Del Valle

Luis was born alongside his twin brother, Juan, to Abel and Mercedes Del Valle in Ambato, Ecuador. Luis is survived by his wife Aida and his 4 children, Edwin, Jimena, William and Paulina and their families. Luis was incredibly Blessed to have met 8 of his Great Grandchildren. Luis is also survived by his two sisters, Ines and Amelia and their families. Luis immigrated to the United States in 1968. He worked as a jeweler for 29 years and then became a machine shop operator for 20 years until the company relocated out of state. His most treasured pastime was to spend quality time with his entire family and watch soccer games. The legacy he’s left behind will be honored by us all. His loved ones will always remember him for his never-ending hospitality, kindness and his giving heart. We will cherish his unforgettable sense of humor. A viewing for Luis will be held Thursday, February 9, 2023 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Rosary prayer service will begin at 6:30pm at Oakdale Memorial Chapel, 1401 S Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740. Funeral mass will be held Friday, February 10, 2023 at 10:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 16025 Cypress St, Irwindale, CA 91706. Interment will then follow at Oakdale Memorial Park, 1401 S. Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740.
