Marta Josefina Valle Moran

77 of Los Angeles passed away on July 8th 2024 of natural causes in San Bernardino California. Marta was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to countless people who considered her family.

Although she grew up in Guatemala and started working full time at age 12 she always cared for her family and did everything in her power to make everyone feel special. Her brothers and sisters were always important to her. Her younger brother remembers fondly that she instilled in him his love of reading and learning when she bought him a book and helped with his expenses for school. Her impact is still felt in his children and grandchildren.

Through extraordinary sacrifice and support from her brothers and sisters she migrated to California to give her daughters a fighting chance.

Her nieces and nephews down to the second generation remember fondly that she was the one person who made sure their birthdays were special through a card and $5 that always arrived exactly on their birthday or the day after.

The members of the church and senior centers remember her contagious laugh and dedication to serve passed down to her by example from her mother.

Her beloved Mr. Nabil, Coco, Justin and Sophia were her adoptive family. Their relationship spanned for more than 30 years. They honored her and she them with love and devotion until her last days.

Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she loved them more than words could ever describe.

Although she had a difficult life having to deal with bipolar disorder from a very young age, she worked with joy and ensured that not just her daughters were cared for and successful, but everyone in the family was shown love and devotion as well.

She saw everyone’s successes as her own and was proud of every single one.

She joins her mother, Reyna Esther Morales de Valle, brother Jose Varuc Valle Morales, Nephew Ervin Valle and her little girl, Gladys Scarlet Juarez Valle in heaven.

She is survived by her daughters Reina Yadira and Julia Svetlana and their spouses: Ever Baru Zuleta and Alana Dawson. Her grandchildren Jonathan Baru , Jessica and Nathan Zuleta. Her five sisters Aida, Bertha, Neria, Gladys and Xiomara; Her brother David Francisco Valle and all her beloved nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Thursday August 8th from 5-8PM and Friday, August 9th at 11AM at Oakdale Memorial Park 1401 South Grand Avenue Glendora, CA.

77 de Los Ángeles falleció el 8 de julio de 2024 por causas naturales en San Bernardino, California. Marta era una devota madre, abuela, hermana, tía, prima y amiga de innumerables personas que la consideraban familia.

Aunque creció en Guatemala y comenzó a trabajar a tiempo completo a los 12 años, siempre se preocupó por su familia e hizo todo lo que estaba a su alcance para que todos se sintieran especiales. Sus hermanos y hermanas siempre fueron importantes para ella. Su hermano menor recuerda con cariño que ella le inculcó su amor por la lectura y el aprendizaje cuando le compró un libro y le ayudó con sus gastos para sus estudios. Su impacto todavía se siente en sus hijos y nietos.

A través de un sacrificio extraordinario y el apoyo de sus hermanos y hermanas, emigró a California para dar a sus hijas una oportunidad para salir adelante.

Sus sobrinas y sobrinos hasta la segunda generación recuerdan con cariño que ella se esmeraba para que sus cumpleaños fueran especiales a través de una tarjeta y 5 dólares que siempre llegaban exactamente en su cumpleaños o al día siguiente.

Los miembros de la iglesia y los centros para personas de la tercera edad recuerdan su risa contagiosa y su dedicación al servicio que se le transmitió por el ejemplo de su madre.

Su amado Mr. Nabil, Coco, Justin y Sophia eran su familia adoptiva. Su relación duró más de 30 años. La honraron a ella y ella a ellos con amor y devoción hasta sus últimos días.

Sus nietos eran su orgullo y alegría y ella los amaba más de lo que las palabras podrían describir.

Aunque tuvo una vida difícil teniendo que lidiar con depresión bipolar desde una edad muy temprana, trabajó con alegría y se aseguró de que no solo sus hijas fueran atendidas y tuvieran éxito, sino que a todos en la familia también se les mostrara amor y devoción.

Ella veía los éxitos de todos como propios y estaba orgullosa de cada uno de ellos.

Se une a su madre, Reyna Esther Morales de Valle, su hermano José Varuc Valle Morales, su sobrino Ervin Valle y su niña, Gladys Scarlet Juarez Valle en el cielo.

Le sobreviven sus hijas Reina Yadira y Julia Svetlana y sus cónyuges: Ever Baru Zuleta y Alana Dawson. Sus nietos Jonathan Baru, Jessica y Nathan Zuleta. Sus cinco hermanas Aida, Bertha, Neria, Gladys y Xiomara; su hermano David Francisco y todas sus queridas sobrinas y sobrinos.

Los servicios se llevarán a cabo el jueves 8 de agosto de 5 a 8 p.m. y el viernes 9 de agosto a las 11 a.m. en Oakdale Memorial Park 1401 South Grand Avenue Glendora, CA.
