Mary Lou was born June 17, 1944 in Elyria, OH to Grant and Mary Teresia (Schonvizner) Greenwood. She was united in marriage to Lonnie Nelson on March 4, 1978 in West Covina, CA. Mary Lou was Seventh-Day Adventist by faith and enjoyed reading her Bible and teaching Sabbath School class for Cradle Roll, Kindergarten and Primary. In her earlier years she worked and in her later years she was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents and both of her brothers, Frank and Grant Greenwood.
Mary Lou leaves behind her husband, Lonnie of the home; children Teresia Kip Sinclair and husband Steve of Kaiser, OR; Marcie and Serena Nelson of the home and four grandchildren – Wolfy, Max, Penny and Emmy Sinclair of Kaiser, OR.
