Phillip Clyde White

Phillip was born in Murphysboro, Illinois on November 23, 1948, to Ruby Ellen Smith White and George Clyde White.

He attended Belleville High School. He was an Army Veteran, former Roofing Contractor, and a retired Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Electrical Engineer.

Phillip is survived by his children, Kelley Jean (Joseph) Kassounian, Cynthia Elaine (Jamie) Arzate, David Lee (Desiree) White and Krissa Noelle (Travis) Tickel and 9 grandchildren, Jazmine (Jordan), Kayla, Kevin, Makenzie, Sean, Madilyn, Lennon, Theo and Kaylee, and 1 great grandchild, Ezra, and his former spouse, Lan (James), and his siblings, Dennis, Mike, James, Larry, Marsha, Vickie and Susan, and was predeceased by his parents, George (Ruby) White, and his siblings, Gerry, Bud, Dixie, and Donnie.

A funeral service for Phillip will be held Oakdale Memorial Park.
