Rafael was a wonderful person who was always so full of energy and life. Always willing to lend a hand an ear and a smile that would light up a room. So many late nights working I never felt alone with him there. 
God bless his soul and may he rest in peace.

My dear friend.  You will be greatly missed by many especially by me.  Do you remember the first time we met?  It seemed we came together in instant friendship.  We somehow knew we could lean upon each other, depend on one another.  It seemed as though we had always been friends.  We've helped each other through times when we never thought we could endure, and shared with each other the most memorable days of our lives.  For as long as I live, you will always hold a special place in my heart, for you are my best friend.  There are many people that we meet in our lives but only a very few will make a lasting impression on our minds and hearts and it is you who will always remain important to me as a true and best friend.  You have filled my heart and mind with enough memories to last a lifetime.  My love for you has gone beyond friendship; you are a part of my family.  Our times together are treasured in my heart.  I will forever miss you.  Rest well, my friend.  I love you forever!

I would like to thank Rafael's parents for raising a kind and generous person.  Rafael and I were always the first two people to arrive at work.  This time alone allowed us to talk and laugh as loudly as we wanted.  We would then make our way downstairs to Starbucks,  the whole way there arguing about whose turn it was to pay.  We each wanted to pay for the other persons drink.  Rafael always seemed to win, usually by saying see I earned another free drink...see, look at my phone.  Rafael's generosity had no limits.  For my last birthday at Disney, He brought in a huge fruit tart to share with Monica and myself, but it was so big we ended  up sharing it with my  team.  His kind, gentle and generous nature will be missed.  I wish the entire Garcia family PEACE of mind, body, and Spirit.  REST IN PEACE, my friend, Rafael.
