Ramon Arturo Hermosillo

Arturo was born on March 6th, 1969, to Irma & Ramon Hermosillo. He resided with his parents and two sisters, Patricia & Monica, in Chihuahua Mexico until he departed for the United States at the age of 17. Upon his arrival, he was welcomed into the home of his Tio Prospero and Tia Chelo where he then gained three more sibling, Oscar, Yvonne and Chelo.

He was the epitome of the American dream, riding his bike to work, learning English listening to music, and working hard in every job he ever had. He rose through the ranks where his hard-work and dedication saw him promoted year after year, from car porter to salesman to Finance Director.

He is survived by his mother, Irma, wife, Bertha, daughter, Angel Alejandra, grandson, Luka, and his beloved Chacho, as well as all those who were blessed to know him. His light continues to shine brightly in the many hearts he touched.

He lived a life full of love, laughter, optimism, and purpose. Arturo will be remembered for his charisma, humor, generosity, and his remarkable ability to make every moment memorable.

A celebration of his life will be held on November 11th. The family kindly invites everyone who loved him to attend and share their memories. His favorite colors were yellow and red, and guests are welcome to wear them in his honor.

As he said in his final days:

Obituario de Ramón Arturo Hermosillo Gutiérrez

Ramón Arturo Hermosillo Gutiérrez, cariñosamente conocido como Arturo o “El Téjon”, luchó hasta el final el 8 de octubre de 2025, a la edad de 56 años, rodeado de sus seres queridos.

Arturo nació el 6 de marzo de 1969, hijo de Irma y Ramón Hermosillo. Vivió con sus padres y sus dos hermanas, Patricia y Mónica, en Chihuahua, México, hasta que emigró a los Estados Unidos a los 17 años. A su llegada, fue recibido en el hogar de sus tíos Próspero y Chelo, donde posteriormente se unieron a su familia, incluyendo a tres hermanos: Óscar, Yvonne y Chelo.

Fue la personificación del sueño americano: iba al trabajo en bicicleta, aprendió inglés escuchando música y se esforzó al máximo en cada empleo que tuvo. Ascendió rápidamente en la empresa, donde su esfuerzo y dedicación le valieron ascensos año tras año, desde mozo de almacén hasta vendedor y director financiero.

Le sobreviven su madre, Irma; su esposa, Bertha; su hija, Ángel Alejandra; su nieto, Luka; su querido Chacho; y todos aquellos que tuvieron la dicha de conocerlo. Su luz sigue brillando con fuerza en los muchos corazones que tocó.

Vivió una vida plena de amor, risas, optimismo y propósito. Arturo será recordado por su carisma, humor, generosidad y su extraordinaria capacidad para hacer de cada momento algo memorable.

Se celebrará un homenaje a su vida el 11 de noviembre. La familia invita cordialmente a todos los que lo amaron a asistir y compartir sus recuerdos. Sus colores favoritos eran el amarillo y el rojo, y se invita a los asistentes a vestirlos en su honor.
