Ray,
So sorry I am just now seeing this.  I was looking for you online and then I saw this about your father.  I know how much you loved him and I remember him making fun of us for running around inside that empty pool like clowns. Ray, I am sincerely sorry for your loss.  You may not remember me but I was a LCpl with you at 1st Force 90-93.  I remember you telling the story of you and your father trading lines drill instructor lines  from Full Metal Jacket.  I know your pain, I lost my father when I was stationed in Okinawa.
