Teresa Morales Vega, age 78, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2026, in Orange, California. She was born on December 18, 1947, in Los Reyes, Michoacán, Mexico, to Camillo and Francisca Morales, and spent most of her life in Santa Ana, California.
Teresa was a devoted wife to Reynaldo Vega and a loving mother to her three sons, Javier, Reynaldo Jr., and Ricardo. She was a proud grandmother to 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
For 25 years, Teresa worked as a seamstress in the Nordstrom Tailor Shop, where her dedication and craftsmanship were well known. She was a strong woman with a joyful spirit—always the life of the party—who found her greatest happiness in cooking, family gatherings, traveling, concerts, live music, and dancing. Teresa was deeply involved in her church community and was always there for friends and family when they needed her most.
Her greatest joy was her family, and her love will continue to surround us always.
