Winnie Agnes Willinger

Winnie was born in Denmark on March 5, 1946, she entered into eternal life on June 13, 2020. She was born to Harald and Inger Pedersen. She lived in Denmark until 11 years old when the family moved to Toronto Canada. At the age of 15 she met and then married at the age of 18 the love of her life, Hans Willinger on September 12, 1964. In 1965, Winnie and Hans immigrated to California. Their loving marriage produced three children: Monica, Heidi, and Peter.

On Saturday, June 13, 2020 Winnie was called home to heaven. She was preceded in death by her sisters Ingelisa and Dorrit, her brother Bent, her parents, her son-in-law Mike and brother-in-law Joe. She is survived by her husband Hans of 55 years, daughters: Monica (Mike +), Heidi, and son: Peter (Angel). She was blessed with six grandchildren: Justin (Parris), Kaylan, Crystal, Isabel, Charisma, and Tyler. She is also survived by her great-grandchild Zoey Winnie and her beloved sister, Kirsten Zinga.

Sadly, she leaves behind nephews, (Mark, Mike and Rene) nieces, (Mona and Nicole) and countless other family and friends who truly treasured her wit and charm. She also leaves behind her beloved dogs (Brownie and Lela). She was truly blessed with a sweet, gentle, loving and patient personality. She loved to talk and tell stories of her childhood in Denmark, her life in Canada and California. She had such detail and emotions in her conversations. Her sweet Danish accent was loved by all. It is not enough to simply say that she will be missed. Her outgoing personality, wit and her loving nature made her more than a wife, mother, grandmother, or great grandmother, it made her the center; the core of her beloved family.

May God eternally bless her and grant her the eternal reward that she truly deserves.
