Tena Marie Foster

Passed away October 16, 2016 in Spokane, WA her home Coulee Dam, WA. She was born June 15, 1956 in Idaho Falls, ID to Louis and Ellen Myrdean (Roseborough) Smith. After high school Tena went on to college at received her luris doctorate in Criminal Law where she was an attorney for many years in Utah, ID and WA and for the Colville Confederated Tribe. Tena Married Mark Foster on July 13, 1991 in Lehi, UT. Tena is survived by her husband Mark at the home, five children Jason Herbert Parker, Mykel Louis Stacy Parker, Zachary James Foster-Zundel, Steven William Foster-Zundel and Akaycia Marie Foster and three grandchildren, her mother Ellen Myrdean Smith, brother Gerald Smith and a sister Angela Fuller, along with numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Louis Smith and a brother Wendell Smith. She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Coulee Dam, the Utah WA, and ID Bar Association and the with the Colville Confederated Tribe. Tena enjoyed playing the piano, puzzles, reading, cooking and traveling and spending time with her family. Tena will lie in state at the Coulee Dam Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 806 Spruce, Coulee Dam , WA on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 12:00 (Noon) till 2:00 PM followed by a Funeral Services at 2:00 PM with Bishop Scott Graham, officiating.
