

She retired from Laughlin Memorial Hospital after 14 years.
She was a member of St. Joseph’s Chapel Free Will Baptist Church.
She loved the outdoors. She really liked to be gardening, watching birds, working in the flower beds, and camping.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law: Dennis and Phyllis Fox of Greeneville and Gary and Janny Fox of Mosheim; daughter and son-in-law: Diana and Steve Brown of Midway; grandchildren: Melissa Shelton, Lisa Fox, and Derek Fox of Midway, Reneé Weems of Mosheim, Christina Weems of West Pines, Richard Fox of Greeneville, and Billy Dewayne Fox of Cleveland; several loving great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins; and special nieces: Violet Bailey and Viola Moore.
She was the daughter of the late John and Sarah Jane Shipley and was preceded in death by a son: Billy Wayne Fox; brothers: Alonzo, Woodrow, Zenith, and Charlie Shipley; and sisters: Katie Shipley, Josephine Haney, and Hazel Riddle.
The family will receive friends from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be conducted at 8pm Tuesday, February 25, 2014, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Roger Ealey and Rev. Doyle Pruitt officiating.
Interment will be at 11am Wednesday at River Hill Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at 10am Wednesday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Richard Fox, Dwayne Fox, Aaron Weems, Derek Fox, Dakota Weems Troy Cutshall, and David Smith.
Honorary pallbearers are Joe Tweed, Tommy Shipley, Donald Shipley, Wiley Shipley, Jackie Shipley, members of St. Joseph Chapel, and Dr. Richard Aasheim.
