He was a retired truck driver.
Mr. Feltman attended Bridges Chapel Church of God.
He was a member of the Moose Club.
Survivors include his wife of 9 years: YeuVonne Feltman; daughter: Debbie Feltman; son and daughter-in-law: Bill and Gina Feltman; son-in-law: James Swatzell; two stepsons: Glenn and Dale McGarvey; step daughter: Betty Latourneau; grandchildren: Chip Feltman, Lindsey Gardner, Jennifer Wisecarver; several step grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law: Annis and Roy Pawlowski; and several step children in Alabama.
He was preceded in death by a daughter: Karen Swatzell; step son: John McGarvey; father: William Churchill Feltman, Sr.; and step mother: Gladys Feltman.
The family will receive friends from 4pm-7pm Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. .
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 7pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Clarence Gammill officiating.
