Charles "Ivan" Stills

He was a member of Harris Memorial Free Will Baptist Church.

He was known as Ivan to his family and friends. He was a complex and loving person, who loved his music and will be greatly missed by many.

Survivors include two daughters who were his world: Ivy Stills and Ivana Stills, both of the home; mother and stepfather: Brenda and Tony Friend; mother: Nellie Woolsey; grandmother: Nancy Adams; uncle: Donald Stills; aunt: Ginger Stills Collins; cousins: Julie Stills, Donald Stills Jr., and John Stills (who was like a brother); grandmother: Evelyn Woolsey; and several cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father: Charles Stills Jr.; grandparents: Charles and Ruth Stills and Archie Adams; uncle: Ronald Stills; and a special cousin: Daniel Stills (who was like a brother).

The body is to be cremated. There will be no formal visitation. However, there will be a committal service at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Harris Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Ken Smith officiating. It is requested that family and friends meet at the cemetery for the committal service.
