

He was of the Christian faith.
He retired from the maintenance department at Plus Mark after 40 years of service.
Mr. Easterly was a member of the Greene County Antique Tractor Club.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years: Vestanna Easterly; daughter and her fiancée: Sandra (Punkin – Sandy) Meade and Richard Ricker; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Dayton Sr. and Brenda Easterly and Stanley and Linda Easterly; two special nephews: Billy Joe Easterly and Dayton “Bubba” Easterly Jr.; two very special young men: Jacob and Brandon Ball; very special friend: Perry Canter; and numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a daughter: Tammy Easterly; parents: Eldon and Mary Easterly; two brothers: Archie and Leonard Easterly; a sister: Juanita Easterly; son-in-law: Steve Meade; and a special nephew: Michael “Red” Easterly.
The family will receive friends from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 8:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Lamar Garrison officiating.
Interment will be at 11:00 am Wednesday in River Hill Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home Thursday at 10:00 am to go in procession to the cemetery for the graveside service.
Pallbearers will be Rocky Belt, Perry Canter, Billy Easterly, Dayton “Bubba” Easterly Jr., Jacob Ball, and Brandon Ball.
Honorary pallbearers are Max Edmonds, Richard Ricker, Jerry Cline, John Meade Sr., Gil Haun, Johnny Gregg, James Collins, and Lowell Bible.
