

Mr. Kiser was retired from Plus Mark, where he served as Union President for several years. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Moose Lodge. He was an army veteran, having served in the Vietnam War.
His survivors include his wife of 13 years: Linda Kiser; daughter and son-in-law: Donna Sue and James Buchanan; son and special friend: Troy Kiser and Tammy Baines; four stepchildren and spouses: Todd Littleton, Danny and Doris Littleton, Tracy Littleton, Missy and Rob Young; two grandchildren: Grace Ann and Mercy Buchanan; four brothers and two sisters-in-law: Carl Kiser, John and Darlene Kiser, Glen and Mary Kiser, Paul Kiser; four step grandchildren: Nathaniel Littleton, Tara Hensley, T.R. Castle, Tiffany Castle; one step great grandchild: Austin Brown; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Claude and Gladys Kiser; three sisters: Sue Taylor, Pat Fire, Kim Kiser; and two brothers: Jim Kiser and Sonny Kiser.
His family stated that he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a good man and a friend to all who knew him.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home preceding the funeral service at 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Rev. John Buchanan and Rev. Gary Norton will officiate. Military graveside services will be conducted by the Greene County Honor Guard at 11:00 a.m. at Andrew Johnson National Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Hal Ottinger, Bobby Jones, Phillip Tipton, Danny Littleton, Todd Littleton, and James Buchanan. Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Guy, Wade Guy, Tommy Guy, Raymond Nugent, and Luke Buchanan.
