Earl Sam Collins

He was of the Church of God Faith and was a retired maintenance employee of the Greene County School System.

Earl is survived by two daughters, Teresa Collins (and fiancé, Hugh Allan Davis) and Tonia (Kenneth) Lawrence; grandchildren, Jerritt (Heather) Melton, Cody Trinkle, Matthew Tester, and Kendra Lawrence; great-grandchildren, Alexis Shaw, Madison Melton, Maci Melton, Cooper Frost, Ivy Bowers, Roslyn Frost, Ava Trinkle, Goldi Hartley, Fox Daugherty, and Pyrra Rolfe; two very special sisters, Maxine Bradley and Marcine (Harold) Gregg; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins including special niece, Christine Fender. He is also survived by special lifetime friends, Pastor Jim Fillers and Ricky Fillers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vollie and Faye Collins; a sister Novella Collins; two brothers, Clinton Collins and Harvey (Ivorine) Collins; the mother of his children, Billie Gail Collins; and several aunts, uncles, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends 2-3pm Saturday at Victory Church of God.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3pm, officiated by Rev. Jim Fillers and Rev. Lynn Mercer.
