Eva Johnson

Eva was the daughter of the late Willie and Zollie Nanney Riddle.

Eva is preceded in death by two brothers, Lester and Chester Riddle; two sisters, Martha Burkey and Mary Walker; her son-in-law, James White; brother-in-law, Don Burkey; and nephew, Todd Riddle.

Eva is survived by her three daughters: Lynette Laws (Kevin), Kathy, and Tonya Minnick (Chad), as well as grandchildren: Logan Hines (Richard), Daniel White (Chelsea Gilbert), Zachary Minnick (Grace) and Kara Starnes (Brennan).

Eva also had endless love for her three great grandchildren, Rowan, Wilfie, and Teddy Hines; her sister, Kate (Max) Jones; her two brothers: Jay (Patsy) Riddle and Herman “Sonny” (Joyce) Riddle; sister-in-law, Mary Anne Riddle; brother-in-law, Lee Walker and several nieces and nephews. Eva’s special friends and family included: Eddie Ricker, Luke Jones and Leisa Riddle, Shannon and Alan Minnick, and Jay and Teresa Minnick.

The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 pm Monday and 12:00-2:00 pm Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm Tuesday at River Hill Cemetery with Rev. Lynn Mercer officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
