She retired from MECO.

She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law: Melina Henry and Doug Tolley, Angela Cutshaw and fiancé Neddie Ordonez, and Donna and Jason Rogers; one son: Donald “Ducky” Cutshaw Jr.; three grandsons: Brandon Henry, Bret Rogers, and Jay Rogers; one special great grandson: Brettley Rogers and Bryson Castle; two brothers: Bill Ruble and Ray Ruble; and one sister: JoAnn Tweed.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years: Donald Cutshaw Sr.; mother: Flora Ricker; and father: William Ruble.

The family will receive friends from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 8:00pm Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Odell Beauchamp officiating.

Interment will be at 11:00am Wednesday in River Hill Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00am to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Henry, Brett Rogers, Jay Rogers, Jason Rogers, Neddie Ordonez, Eric Evans, and Shannon Barr.
