Helen Combs Cutshall

She retired as a recreational director at Greene Valley Developmental Center.

Mrs. Cutshall was a member of Afton United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Jay Keith and Angela Cutshall of Chuckey; two grandsons: Jed R. Cutshall and Troy D. Cutshall; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Carolyn and Bobby Waites of Greeneville and Madge and Bill Brown of the South Central Community; a brother and sister-in-law: Bobby and Joyce Combs of Greeneville; brother-in-law: Buddy Luttrell of Greeneville; and several nieces and nephews.

She was the daughter of the late J. T. and Gladys Johnson Combs and was preceded in death by her husband: Jimmy K. Cutshall on July 8, 2016; her sister: Mabel Luttrell, who passed away April 20, 2017; and a nephew: Wallace Combs.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with her son, Jay Keith Cutshall, delivering the eulogy and Rev. Rick Ballard officiating.

Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at 1:15 p.m. Friday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
