

He was a member of Amity Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Russ and Paula Johnson of Edwardsburg, Michigan; two daughters and a son-in-law: Julie and Jerry Wilburn of Greeneville and Dawn Esposito of Pensacola, Florida; grandchildren: Jesse and Corey Johnson, Courtney Pierce, and Amanda and Aurora Esposito; two great grandchildren: Aiden and Lakelynn Pierce; and siblings: Norman Johnson, Jim Johnson, JoAnne Dammon, Kenny Johnson, and Carole Grunow.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Johnson; parents, Fred and Lavera Johnson; and siblings: Darold Johnson, Janis Amenda, Gary Johnson, and Charmaine Weitzel.
The family extends a special thanks to the doctors and staff of the Laughlin Center for Wound Care.
The family will receive friends 1-3 p.m. Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with John Catts officiating.
Following the service, there will be a military service at the Veteran’s Memorial Park with the Greene County Honor Guard and the Tennessee National Guard.
