She retired from Montgomery Ward in Colorado Springs.
Ms. Bell was a member of Bradburn Hill United Methodist Church
Survivors include a son: Clair Bell of Greeneville; daughter-in-law: Debbie Bell of Greeneville; nine grandchildren: Gwyn Bell and Troy Bell of California, Chana Malone of Colorado, and Tangelia Trudo, Ashley Malone, Travis Bell, Amanda Bell, and Kelce Bell of Greeneville; four great grandchildren, including: Carson Kishbaugh and Jayden Bell; and her special friends: Jean and Eldridge King of Greeneville.
She was preceded in death by a son, Rodger Bell.
There will be a gathering of friends from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home preceding the memorial service at 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Chaplain Travis Saulsbury will officiate.
Interment will follow in Colorado Springs, Colorado at a later date.
