Mabel Combs Luttrell

She was retired from Magnavox.

Mabel was a member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the United Methodist Women and was the church historian.

Survivors include her husband of 47 years: Buddy Luttrell; daughter and son-in-law: Audra Gay and Jason Malone; special grandson: Jake Malone; three sisters and two brothers-in-law: Carolyn and Bobby Waites, Helen Cutshall, and Madge and Bill Brown; one brother and sister-in-law: Bobby and Joyce Combs; sister-in-law and husband: Bueana and Kenny Morrison; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many special friends.

She was the daughter of the late J.T. and Gladys Johnson Combs and was preceded in death by two brothers-in-law: Jimmy Cutshall and Frank Roberts; nephew: Wallace Combs; niece: Amy Tunnell; and mother-in-law and father-in-law: Lawson and Bonnie Luttrell.

The family will receive friends from 2pm-8pm Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Sunday at Pine Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Fain and Rev. John Grimm officiating.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Kenny Morrison, Joe Holt, Mike Edmonds, Terry Rednour, Daniel Myers, and Suzanne Masoner.

Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Dharmen Patel, Dr. Rufus Breckenridge, the members of Pine Grove United Methodist Church, and the 1961 graduating class of Chuckey-Doak High School.
