She was retired.
Her favorite quote was “Happy Happy, Joy Joy.”
Bay is survived by her husband, Gary Ferguson; a special cousin, Missy Shelton; Godson, Cody Shelton, and his family, Kaylee Shelton and Walker Shelton; life-long friend, Robin Brown; and her adopted nieces and their families, Andrea Gray and Ashley Higginbotham; and her favorite “Little Man,” Barrett Gray; as well as numerous special friends.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Jim and Bobbie Clowers, and her brother, Randy Clowers.
The Family will receive friends at 4-7pm Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel at 7pm, officiated by Rev. John Pursely.
