

She retired from Magnavox after which she farmed and helped to raise three generations.
Mrs. Myers was a member of Victory Church of God and participated in the Women of the Church of God.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother of Kingston Shepherd, and was looking forward to a new great granddaughter.
She loved to grow beautiful flowers, cook and share food. She had a kind and generous spirit and was loved by all. She will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years: Aldon Myers; daughter: Tammy Myers of Greeneville; grandsons and spouse: Jeremy and Rebecca Shepherd and Josh Myers of Greeneville; great grandson: Kingston Wade Shepherd of Greeneville; great granddaughter: baby girl Shepherd of Greeneville; brothers and sisters-in-law: James Lee and Elsie Renner, Harvey and Jean Renner, Glenn and Nancy Renner, Kenny and Sandy Renner, all of Greeneville; sisters and brother-in-law: Sue Bowers of Greeneville and Diane and Milton Parham of Mosheim; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: David and Marthena Myers of Raleigh, North Carolina, Dahl Myers, Mike and Kathy Myers, Peggy and Alan Yost, all of Greeneville; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was the daughter of the late Sibyl and Haskell Renner and was preceded in death by her mother-in-law and father-in-law: Virgie and Hubert Myers; brothers-in-law: Herbie Waddell, Delbert Bowers, and Roger Myers; and a sister-in-law: Nancy Myers.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 4, 2012 in Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with Rev. Jim Fillers and Rev. Willis Bowers officiating.
Interment will follow in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.
Her pallbearers will be Jeremy Shepherd, Josh Myers, Mike Myers, David Myers, Matt Myers, Milton Parham, Dahl Myers, and Tim Myers.
The Greeneville High School baseball team, William Crum, Adam Collins, Cody Cordwell, and Brandi Crum will serve as honorary pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to charity of your choice.
