She retired from Takoma Hospital after 50 years, where she worked in the surgery department for the last 35 years. She was a member of Pine Springs Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Judy Richie and Sharon Ricker; one son, Jackie Warren; six grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren; two sisters, Wilma Tweed and Francis Crum; two brothers, Everette Hale and Roger Hale; and one son in law, Don Henry.
She is preceded in death by her husband Roy “Bill” Warren; one daughter, Mary Lou Henry; parents, Jim and Tilda Hale; sister, Barbara Helbert; and son in law, Phil Ricker.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2pm Friday, June 3, 2022 at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens with Rev. Jim Fillers officiating. There will be no formal visitation.
Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
