

She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Taylor attended Praise Temple Full Gospel Church.
Survivors include five sons and a daughter-in-law: Tony and Teresa Shanks Farmer; Johnathan Davis; Ricky Farmer of Knoxville; Ruble and Tina Farmer of DeKalb, Ill.; Tommy Farmer of Catawissa, Mo.; one daughter and son-in-law: Janice and Craig Taylor; special grandchildren whom she raised: Rachel Davis, Kendell Starcher, Gregory and Crystal Davis, Joshua Farmer, Dustin Farmer, Gabrella Farmer, and Anthony Farmer; special great grandchildren whom she loved dearly: Kaylee Davis, Devon Davis, and Hannah Davis; other grandchildren and great grandchildren of DeKalb, Ill. and Catawissa, Mo.
brothers and sisters-in-law: Fred and Loriane Brobeck, William and Gaynell Brobeck, Jimmy and Ruth Brobeck, Henry and Louise Luster Lee; sisters and brothers-in-law: Kathy and Wayne Riddle, Sandra and Mike Davis, Rita and Melvin Hardy
several nieces, nephews; several great nieces and great nephews, including a special great niece, Ashley Brobeck; and
brother-in-law and sisters-in-law: Wanda Brobeck and John and Susan Taylor of Alabama.
She was the daughter of the late Marne and Flossie Waldrop Brobeck and was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Taylor who died in January, 2011; two brothers, Marne Brobeck, Jr., Marvin Brobeck; and one sister, Mary Margaret Brobeck.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2011, in the Kiser – Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Wayne Riddle will officiate. Interment will follow in River Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be her nephews and great nephews.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Kiser Rose Hill Funeral Home.
