She retired as a site manager at Plaza Towers of Greeneville.

Mrs. Knight attended Erwin Bible Holiness Church.

Survivors include her husband: George “Bobby” Knight; daughters and sons-in-law: Amanda Dawn and Jonathan Morgan and Jessica Nicole Dodson and Chris Cox; sons and daughters-in-law: Lucas Ambrose and Valerie Knight and Daniel Wayne and Amanda Knight; fourteen grandchildren: Austin, Makayla, Autumn, Matthew, Danner, Dalton, Lacey, Journey, Destiny “Dee”, Kevin, Cory, Brian, Destiny Rose, and Faith; sisters: Peggy Doss of Jonesborough, Evelyn Malone of Bluff City, Patricia Huffman, and Loretta Huffman; brother and sister-in-law: Bobby and Kathy Huffman; special friend: Julie Winchell; several nieces and nephews; her church family; and many friends.

She was the daughter of the late Glen and Julie Huffman and was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Huffman; three sisters: Pamela Huffman, Rachel Penley, and Arlene Huffman; and her dog: Bobo, who passed away with her.

The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Kim Casey, Evangelist Josh Gladson, and Pastor Michael Washington officiating.

Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday in Andrew Johnson National Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home Friday at 1:30 p.m. to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jon Morgan, Chris Cox, Jimmy Thompson, Adam Knight, Ethan Walker, and Jimmy Jennings.
