Phyllis "Toots" Chandler

Mrs. Chandler was retired.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and she will be dearly missed.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Greg and Gloria Chandler of Bath, Ohio and Phillip and Cindi Chandler of Cleveland, Ohio; two daughters and one son-in-law: Robin Chandler of Cleveland, Ohio, and Cheryl and Michael Goonan of Greeneville; two granddaughters and husbands: Rachel and Josh Riddle and Cindi and Jeremy Collins, all of Greeneville; one great grandson: Aaron Collins; brother: Frank Gross of Cleveland, Ohio; and her special friends: Karen Martinko, Mrs. Nancy Connors, and Evelyn Graham.

She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Helen Gross and was preceded in death by her husband: Aaron Chandler; two infant brothers: Wayne Gross and Arthur Gross Jr.; three sisters: Mrs. Harriet Mills, and Mrs. Lynne Korell, both of Cleveland, Ohio, and Gladys McCray of Chillicothe, Ohio.

The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 pm Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 8pm in Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with Rev. Harland Chandler officiating.

Interment will follow at 9am Thursday at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at 8:30am Thursday to go in procession to the committal service.

Pallbearers will be Greg Chandler, Phil Chandler, Mike Goonan, Josh Riddle, Jeremy Collins, and Ronnie Gosnell.

Dr. Charles Montgomery and staff, Dr. Dharmen Patel and staff, Danny Chandler, and the nursing staff of Laughlin Health Care will all serve as honorary pallbearers.
