

Riley attended Mt. Hebron United Methodist Church.
She was a cheerleader at Greeneville Middle School, where she was a part of the TSSAA Division Championship Team for 3 years. She also cheered for Chuckey Doak High School. She attended Starz Cheer and Dance Academy and Greeneville Gymnastics Academy for several years and played volleyball and softball at the Rec Center.
She loved her dogs, Molly and Juno, going to the movies, hanging out with her friends, and was an excellent chef.
Riley is survived by her parents, Lance and Catherine Fezell; sibling Ezra Skwarka; her great-grandmother, Frances Fezell; her Grandma, Denise Saint Laurent-Collins; Nana, Debra Snapp, Papaw, Perry Fezell; godfather, Mitchell Barnes; her aunt and uncle, Lindsey and Daniel Crosby, and their children, Grayson and Layton; her uncles, Ray and Dale Farparan; aunt, Adele De’Geare and her children, Austin and Jaxon; uncle and aunt, Clint and Shannon Saint Laurent, and their children, Isabella and Alexander; and her aunt, Jennifer Skwarka, and her son, Devin Snead. She is also survived by her special friends, Amber and Bradford Brown, and their two children, Issiah and Maddex; her best friend, Hollie Kenney; and friend of the family, Nancy Brogdan.
She is preceded in death by her Poppy, Charles Snapp, and her Grandpa, Raymond Farparan, Sr.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held at 7 pm in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel, officiated by Sarah Varnell.
Immediately following the memorial service, there will be a Celebration of Life Service held at the “House on the Hill” on 215 Lick Hollow Rd. in Greeneville. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Foster Family, Robert, Ellie, and Jack.
