He was a realtor and a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Mr. Ford is survived by his cousins: Bobbie Shaw of Greeneville, Mike Paxton of Cumberland City, Tennessee and several other cousins.
He was the son of the late Lloyd and Luella Jennings Ford and was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles.
The body is at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home where it will remain throughout the services. There will be no formal visitation.
The funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with Rev. Doug Jennings officiating.
A private interment will be held at a later date at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.
