Roger Vernon Henry, age 81, of Greeneville, passed away on July 9, 2025, at Durham-Hensley Health and Rehab. Roger was a graduate of Greeneville High School, a proud Navy veteran, and a member of the Masons. He was the owner of O’Henry Electric until his recent retirement.
He was preceded in death by his first wife and mother of his sons, Rose Dillingham Henry; parents, S.M. “Shade” and Ollie H. Henry; brother, Wayne Henry; and sisters, Norma Russell and Doris Purgason.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Henry; sons, Sean-Paul (Brenda Johnson) Henry and Shadric M. Henry; stepdaughter, Ashley Rademacher; granddaughters, Madeline Henry and Jade Foreman; sister, Brenda Crawford; and a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
There will be no formal services. Private interment at Pine Grove U.M. Church Cemetery.
