Russell "Rusty" Lynn Shelton

Mr. Shelton was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

He was a graduate of Tusculum College where he received his bachelor degree in Special

Education.

He was a loving son, brother and friend.

Survivors include his father: Robert Shelton; sister: Karen Shelton; brother and sister-in-law: Robbie and Wendy Shelton, all of Greeneville; two nieces: Kendra Shelton, Donna Light and her children, Marcayla, Bareden, and Jamison; two nephews: Shane Shelton and Blake Hughes; two special aunts: Polly Harrison and Emma Ruth Jones; aunts and uncles: Carl and Marie Shelton, Jack and Peggy Bryant, Judy Darnell, Margaret Fik, Joyce Ricker, and Cloyce Norton.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Shelton; grandparents, Carter and Leona

The funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2012, in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel.

Rev. Charles Morgan, Rev. Rocky Johnson and Rev. Wayland Fillers will officiate. Interment will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, at Mt. Tabor Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tim Darnell, Jimmy Crum, Jeff Brobeck, Jim Carlyle, Sam Mitchell and Tim Mitchell.

Honorary pallbearers and special friends will be Ed Dickie, James Brobeck, Kenny Fillers, Michael Pearson, Ralph Edwards, Jeff Norton, Tarron Summey, Keith Fillers, Bobby Fillers and Mike Boone.

The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

Family and friends are asked to meet at 12:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery for the committal service.
