She was a resident of Greeneville.
Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer Cantrell and Joyce Cobb, and her brother, Terry Cobb.
She is survived by her daughter Kimberly (Jeff) Collins, her grandson Dustin (Leandra) Winter, her granddaughter Breanna (Brandon) Miller, as well as her special niece Kristin Cobb and special nephew Lee Gosnell.
Sherry was known for her love of God and was fondly called "Nanny" by her family and friends. She was a former employee of Plus Mark in Greeneville.
There will be no formal service at this time. At Sherry's request, she will be cremated, and her ashes will be interred at GreenLawn Memory Gardens at a later date.
