She was a housewife.
Survivors include her family at Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville.
She was the daughter of the late Monroe and Myrtle Moe Warren Shelton and was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Lowe, and a brother, William Shelton.
The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 7 pm in the funeral home chapel with Chaplain Jan Leffers officiating.
Interment will be at 11 am Thursday in Price Cemetery at Romeo. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery Thursday for the committal service.
